'Let's start to shine...'

Hello! I’m Anna Gilderson a dancer, choreographer and teacher. With a passion for encouraging, growing and releasing others to have fun, be who they are and use their creativity.
Dance and movement is at the heart of what I do. It’s an excellent form of communication that crosses boundaries and cultures and talks about things that people may find hard to. I try to cross some of those boundaries in the work that I do.
Living Colour Creative is about my desire to develop, share and expand the work I do with uC Grace and my daily life. There are so many times in life where we let things pass us by, rather than realising what’s there! We should be expectant for the things to come, expectant that God will move.
My biggest passion is combining my love for dance and movement with my love for faith, challenging people’s journey’s, encouraging them to draw closer to God.

Day 17 #30daysofgratitude - Safe Travels

30 Days of GratitudePosted by Anna Fri, September 19, 2014 16:24:07

After a bit of a whirl wind 5 days down south, today was the day to drive back up home and I really didn't want to do the drive! I wanted to be home to see Danny, but to do it without the drive would be great!

Whilst I don’t really mind driving, the further on in pregnancy I have got, the more uncomfortable it has got, and I knew if I didn't hit certain roads at certain times then there was going to be a lot of traffic and sitting still in queues!

My driving time tends to be my thinking and processing time, so despite not really wanting to sit in the car for 3 and a half hours I was in way looking forward to reflecting on the events of the past 5 days.

God was good and he gave me safe travels, with only a small amount of traffic on the M6, I had a great time listening to some new music and praising God for some of the new people that I had been able to meet during the various events that had been on.

God gives you ‘time’ in the unexpected places, usually the ones you don’t want to go to etc., God knew the drive was what I needed, and despite not wanting to do it, I am of course grateful that I did and he kept me safe during it too!
